We are softly opening our re-branded restaurant, taking the time to pick out our new colours and decor. The dining space will have an entirely new feeling - we are excited about it!

Looking at our surrounds we noticed the trees around us, the colours they bring into our restaurant, and how it connects us to our region. Having hung a brand new mural in our restaurant, we are working through the process of selecting wallpaper and furnishings that have the textures and colour palette that flatters our new image.

After having launched our
menu in the last three weeks, we are hearing great feedback and are pleased
" We came up with the grill concept as there’s nothing locally that focuses purely on Grill. There is an element of grill food in a lot of restaurants, but no grill restaurant. The idea was to start small and grow. So from grill food to sizzling plates to hot rocks to salad bar, etc. I think the key here is always value for money, and we need to make sure we stay there. Service will remain table service, so it’s not pub food or counter service, but the flavours will be comforting and good wholesome tucker. I want to stay away from “steak house”, I just think we’re a bit better than that and it pigeon holes us."

By using local providers to source our ingredients we are not only supporting local business but ensuring our produce is as fresh as it can be, from the farm to the plate as quick as possible. We love to use
Margaret River Gourmet Meats they are a friendly, boutique style butcher shop in the heart of Margaret River. Renowned in the region for servicing individual household and wholesale requirements. Another supplier we rely on is the
Busselton Farmers Market, who have been servicing the South West with high quality fresh produce for over eight years., they source from a great range of local producers. If you have been to the region, you have no doubt sampled some of the delights from the
Margaret River Venison, lucky for us being so close we can use their products throughout our menu. We are always looking at adding more local supplies to our menu, so expect additions as our cogs start turning!
Because we are in a
premium wine region our
wine list reflects the diverse range the region has on offer. We also have on offer an array of premium
local craft beer. Being a fully licensed restaurant, we also stock a full bar.
We can't wait to share with you what we are developing, we also can't wait for the long summer nights on our deck!
